This short guide walks you through the Learn page and how it can help you achieve your learning goals.
What is the LEARN page?
The Learn page will create a personalised learning journey for you, where you can work towards your personal goals and skills. It will show you any assigned learning you have, any content that is in progress, all learning you have completed in the past, and it will also recommend content for any of the skills you would like to develop. Taking the guess work out of your learning journey.
How does the NEW Learn page support you?
We're enhancing the current 'Learning' section within myHRfuture to do a better job of giving you insights into the skills you're growing, as well as helping you take better control on that journey, by recommending key content that will enable to build the skills you're focused on, to achieve your learning goals.
Other elements from the previous ‘ME’ page are also be enhanced as part of the new profile page, this is in order to create a more intuitive experience for you. The new profile page will be accessible from the avatar menu in the top right navigation.
