To access your assessment simply click the link below:
You can also access the assessment from within myHRfuture.
Navigate to your homepage within myHRfuture and click on 'Step One' of your getting started process.
Click on the link and you will be directed to take your assessment.
How do I complete the assessment?
You will be asked to enter your name, job title, company and company email address. You will not be asked to create an account.
You will be asked to respond to various statements about your expertise and will provide you with personalised feedback on how you can develop the new skills required for the HR professional of the future.
You will see statements about various domains of knowledge and expertise. There are no right or wrong answers, and it's impossible to be an expert on everything, you will be asked to indicate how much you agree or disagree with each statement.
The assessment will take approximate 7 - 10 minutes to complete. Your responses on this assessment are not anonymised, however, all results will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
How do I access my report?
Once you've completed your assessment you will be able to download a copy of the report by selecting the download button.
What do the results on my report mean?
Insight222 has created a model defining the skills of the Future HR Professional. These skills fall into three categories Data Driven, Experience Led, and Business Focused.
The report will provide you with an overview of your HR skill profile, highlighting your top three skill areas as well as how your bottom three scoring skills. Compare your skills to the average benchmark. Take note of which skills you score above or below the benchmark - while keeping in mind that these benchmarks provide an aggregate of a wide variety of HR Professionals in a variety of roles.
The report contains a breakdown of each skill providing a description of the capability. what makes an individual an advanced expert in the particular area and finally learning recommendations that are aimed to help you build your skills and close any skill gaps you may have.
